Training in TIR for psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and social workers

read my e-book
TIR is an evidence-based technique. It is used to resolve the symptoms of PTSD and Complex PTSD. It has also been proven effective as a psychotherapy technique used to bring about spontaneous change in the symptoms of most psychological issues and psychiatric disorders. It is a rapid (compared to traditional therapy) method of effectively reducing traumatic stress from emotionally and/or physically painful events in the past.

Online Therapy
Online therapy is becoming increasingly popular. It gives people a bigger choice of therapists as it is not restricted to seeing a psychologist in their area. Online therapy is also done in the comfort of your own space which is appealing to a lot of people. Traveling to sessions can be as time consuming as therapy itself. Online therapy therefore eliminates traveling time and thus saves time and money.
Another advantage of online therapy is that it is more private. People don't have to sit in a psychologist waiting room with others as an audience around anymore.
Online therapy is in line with the increasingly popular internet trends of doing most things in the comfort of our homes.
